Our challenge
The biggest challenge for Edge UOL was understanding how our BPag solution could add value to this new client project and promote continuous improvement in telecom services in their physical stores, ensuring a project with minimal obstacles that flowed efficiently and accurately. Being comprehensive and intuitive, the solution allows for integration, processing, and management of online payments and offers multiple payment options.
How we solved it
- We held several meetings with the client to understand how the BPag solution could assist in this new project and how the company’s managers could oversee financial reports and purchases made in each physical store.
- We trained the project’s key points of contact, delivered an intuitive back-office application usage manual to the client’s employees, and registered over 900 new users.
- Managers received training to enhance their application of the solution in physical stores and to generate customized and segmented reports.
- We implemented the BPag solution in more than 530 physical stores, and since then, the technology has aided sales with greater practicality, speed, and efficiency compared to the previous payment method.
