• Direct Collection via SEFAZ: We created a mechanism that accesses tax invoces directly from the state government database, providing accuracy and authenticity without relying on manual entries.
• Smart Filtering Logic: We developed a reading engine capable of interpreting mixed tax documents and selecting only items relevant to the operation. Unnecessary records are now automatically discarded.
• Legal Compliance: The entire process was structured based on data protection guidelines to comply with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) limits.
• Integration with Analytical Systems: Processed information is now delivered via APIs to feed Power BI dashboards, allowing for instantaneous analysis of indirect sales.
• Alert Module: We incorporated automatic notifications that identify unexpected behaviors – such as purchases without redistribution – and immediately notify the responsible parties.
